    Hi YeeYee9, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

    I'm afraid that's not possible. All Xbox codes are geo-locked which means that we can only redeem a code that was purchased in our region.

    There is also no option to get a replacement code. If this was a gift to you, you can ask the sender to request a refund for the gifted code.

    Have you always lived in the United States? If you've moved, your new location will not be reflected on your account and unfortunately you can't migrate to a USA account from an Irish one either. Points codes are region locked so USA points won't work
    on an Irish account.





    The only way you can get the points to redeem would be to create another account for the USA. Everything you purchase via this account will still work on your current one.
