I can not project my computer to the Xbox One with the Wireless Display app

Sorry to hear it. You can project the console to television or other things but not vice versa I'm afraid.

    Adjust in-game screen size

After looking at my T.V. I noticed the only way to change my aspect ration my T.V. is on the remote with a little button that says format.

I just noticed you said your T.V. is DLP, which I think stands for Dual Laser Projection. Just guessing another problem could be your projection mount inside the television could actually be projected under the masking. I don't know enough to say it's
a safe or easy thing to fix yourself, if that is the case.

Red light on power block when I plug it into the Xbox and Xbox won't turn on?

Is there any way you could try using a different HDMI cable with your current television?

Try unplugging the HDMI cable before plugging in the power block. Once the HDMI cable is unplugged, plug in the power cable and then try turning on the console. If there is no problem when the HDMI cable is in, it is likely to be a problem with either the
    cable or the television.

If it works fine when using other cables and a different television, try with the composite cable (3 colour cable) on the original television.

If it works with the composite cable on the original television, it is likely to be a problem with the HDMI cable.

If this is still a problem, try using the HDMI cable with a different television.

If the HDMI cable causes no problem when using it with a different television, it is more likely to be a problem concerning the television.

I hope that can be of some help, apologies if it doesn't make much sense, I tried to word it the best way I could :)
