    Is there a way to play a game on my windows 11 pc on my Xbox series X


    I want to be able to play games on my xbox series X through my pc (Alienware aurora R10) like how you can play xbox games on your phone with cloud gaming or like with the steam deck. Is this possible on a different Wi-Fi network, I do know it is possible to do while on the same network.

    The game is a Xbox Series X|S & Windows 10/11 game. If you get Game Pass Ultimate, you can play the game on the Xbox One via Xbox Cloud Gaming. That is the only way you can play the game on your console.

    Hello amramlinebarger, sorry to hear you're having trouble.

    The Xbox Console Companion app is mainly for Windows 10 and allows you to stream your Xbox One to One X consoles on Windows 10. This app does not work with the Series X/S consoles though and the Xbox app is recommended for streaming to your PC if you're running Windows 11.

    If you are running Windows 11 the only way we'd ask you to try installing the app is if you were having trouble with your Xbox games just to see if that would help.

    If you want to play PC games then you need to play them on your PC. If your PC isn't good enough then you'll need to buy one that is. You can't play PC games on a Series X.

    Both my self assembled PC gaming tower and my Series X are connected to my new LG C2 OLED. I use either my Xbox Series X controller or my 8bitdo Pro+ for most single player PC games. You're not restricted to keyboard and mouse for PC games for the most part.
