    Drive C: should have following .dll and .exe files and Drive E: should have bigger files/folders such as maps/3D models .b2container and .b2index

    Gears 5 .exe example:

    C:\XboxGames\Gears 5\Content\GearGame\Binaries\WinStore\Gears5.exe

    Gears 5 mklink folder example:

    Note: Users must create this folders first: C:\XboxGames\Gears 5\Content\GearGame\Content

    Run CMD as Admin:

    mklink /d "C:\XboxGames\Gears 5\Content\GearGame\Content\B2" "E:\XboxGames\Gears 5\Content\GearGame\Content\B2"

    unfortunately this is not possible in games installed by windows store.

    My pc is windows 11 and when i try to download ark it stops at 94.3MB, I have 180gb free on a SD card that im trying to download it on to

    The game is not going to run from an SD card. It’s way way too slow. You need to run it from a hard drive.

    Windows update is part of the windows store. Click the library tab

    I understand your problem with ARK

    There is a “Move” option, but it is greyed out. This is because some applications on Windows 10 are fixedly installed on the C drive and cannot be moved. And you also need to note that Apps and features can only move programs downloaded from the Microsoft Store, and cannot move programs downloaded from other addresses. Just as the user says, the C drive is not enough and wants to release the space of the C drive, but there are many restrictions on using the built-in functions of Windows

    Hi, thanks for sharing that. Before trying the previous advise I can suggest you other things:

    A. If you have the game installed on a different drive than C: please move the game to the C: drive (or do the opposite, if the game is stored on the C: drive, move it to another drive)

    B. Can be a bit odd, but repair and reset the Forza horizon app 3 times. For this go to windows settings > apps > search for Forza horizon app > click on it and select advanced options.

    After that, click repair and then reset (And try again once the buttons are clickable)

    C. Reinstall the game (if possible, on a different drive)
