Is there a way to lock Halo MCC into just controller

My MCC keeps switching between Controller and Keyboard and Mouse, even when I've unplugged my keyboard and mouse, it also seems to think my Controller is the keyboard and mouse and won't let me do anything except jump by clicking the b button (when it should be the A button)

What controller are you using? Do you have any 3rd party drivers or software installed that could remap your controller inputs?

If you're playing through Steam, it could be using a custom controller layout: On the game's page, go to Manage Game > Controller Options

I just want Halo MCC to be a working game there's no way I'm gonna do that process every time I try to play it.

A free 2nd controller is a good offer.

Auswulf is correct. "HALO: MCC" is probably the biggest dissappointment on the XBox ONE.

Don't fall for that VIP and Season Pass crap with "Forza 6". That stuff should be in the game. They're just looking for a way to charge you twice and that doesn't need encouraging.
