Is there a way to help me please?

I’ve been using Xbox for a fair amount of time and my Xbox has always been shared between people in my house. I recently received a ban for breaking the guidelines and waited till it was over. While I was taking a break from that others were using the xbox more often than I was. I called up Xbox and had a nice chat with support about how I can avoid situations like this and how to report the other player so I could leave all of that behind me. Then I log in and see that a ban has now been placed on a console and not an account. I’m indirectly affected by this as a result of other people sharing the Xbox with me and I have already been punished for first strike. Now it’s being taken a step further because I just renewed my monthly game pass and won’t get any time out of it because of all of this happening. I don’t expect miracles but if any of this is a miracle it’s that I’ll be off the hypocritical platform that allows for injustices like this to happen. All I ever wanted was a place free from hate, toxicity, and violence. I use my Xbox to help me through my depression, my mental health, it’s my escape. Idc if you take it away from someone who deserves it for breaking guidelines, but when it personally falls on me for no reason at all I tend to feel disappointed. I know there’s probably nothing that can be done cause I looked up if console bans can be appealed but apparently they take them very seriously it’s just a petty shame that they can’t take my report’s seriously.
