    Is there a way to get our original xbox360 gamerpic back to xbox one?


    So when you originaly get an xbox one your old xbox360 gamerpic you were using is your gamer pic! But I accidentaly switched my gamerpic on the xbox one and REALLY REALLY want my Xbox 360 Gamer Picture I had purchased years ago back on my Xbox one BADLY!

    Does any1 know if there is finaly a method to get your xbox 360 gamer pic back on your xbox one gamerpic ,for people like me who have made this mistake??

    Is there a way to get this profile back?

    Hey there. I had another profile some years ago that had a ton of DLC and such that I want to play but is not available without the account on which I downloaded it.

    If memory serves (this has been awhile), it may have been before it had to be linked to a Microsoft account. At any rate, I don't know the email address, and the profile seems to have been deleted from the harddrive. Would this profile have been removed
    from existence after a few years or is there a way to get it back?

    Sorry to hear it. Please contact phone support. If you can answer some account specific questions then phone support will be able to provide you the email address of the gamertag. From there it will be up to you to remember or change the password.

    Hi, no there is no way to do that. If you would like a feature on the xbox one which lets you use the xbox 360 gamerpic, then make a post on the xbox feedback website

    Try changing to one of the original gamerpics and then change it back to your custom gamerpic.

    Yep, that's a gamerpic from the Xbox One. Unfortunately I have not found any way to change it except on an Xbox One to other gamerpics on the Xbox One. I have not found a way to go back to pics from the 360.
