Is there a way to get my PC Game Pass save data from the cloud?

Thank you for getting back with the thread and truly appreciate for the reply.

The game data saved in your PC is the cache of the game files. Reinstalling it would require again the subscription or purchasing the games. Once the game license is tied up with your Microsoft account that was used to purchased, it only requires to sign in the account to download and install the game and able to play it again. The achievement and game progress will be reflected in your profile.

1. I am using PC Game Pass on my gaming computer.

2. Yes, I played the game in February when I had game pass, and now I no longer have game pass.

3. Yes, I didn’t wanna pay $10 and have to download 80GB of content for a few megabytes of save data.

It’s unfortunate that my save data was removed from my computer just because I deleted the game. I still wanted the save data.

technically correct but a lot of pc gamepass games I have retrieved the saves and converted to steam and gog successfully, the game must be installed and loaded once to sync, then I use game save manager to backup the save that is stored locally which is also synced to the cloud then a third party tool to convert said save.

While you’re connected to the Xbox network, saved games are automatically stored in the cloud. If you use your Xbox profile to sign in to a different Xbox console, your saves are available from that console. A regular connection to Xbox is required to keep your data in sync. Playing offline may cause your cloud data to become out of date. Your data updates each time you connect to Xbox.

On the other hand, your game achievement and progress with the game can be found in your achievement of your profile.
