    Is there a way to get my banned account back?


    Hello I’m a user for . I’ve been playing Xbox since the original one. I’ve been a very nice and loving caring Person to everyone from Xbox to Xbox series s. And I got banned yesterday permanently for a reason that didn’t do. I’ve been hacked last Weeknd and been trying to change passwords and finally did and he changed my pfp to something inappropriate to get me suspended. Again that wasn’t me and I find it unfair that they didn’t fully look into this before hand. Like I understand if I still get banned for a year on the account but I don’t think a perm banned is fair to a player that didn’t do anything wrong. If don’t get account back I want my money back cause I spent over 6k on Xbox stuff alone.

    If you have games installed on your xbox you can play them offline still but other than that no.

    All you hear is they work offline, if that's the case how've they banned the account in the first place? Unfortunately uve lost all your games, apparently when you purchase a digital game your just "renting" it. I mean I've spent 1000s on my account over the years. I'm more gutted that they've punished my kids too as they gameshared from my account. Now they carnt play anything. So they've downed 4 accounts with one ban. And I won't be purchasing them separate gamepasses I shouldn't have too. Do yourself a favour trade your xbox for a ps5 and cut your losses from the company I definitely won't be buying any future products that's for sure.

    This isn’t fair then. All I wanted was my account back and they can’t even get me an appeal there has to be a way u can contact them to let me do an appeal. Cause if u can’t contact them that doesn’t make sense why are they aloud to banned people without really checking if the person said that. All I’m saying is I want my account back cause if not I want my money back.
