Is there a way to get into our Xbox account after being hacked? Without Microsoft...

Need assistance on deleting XBox from my Microsoft Account. I was hacked in the past and charged for use and purchases related to XBox.

The Microsoft account IS the Xbox account. They are one in the same so there is no way to delete the Xbox account without also permanently deleting your Microsoft account.

Original Colton...wake up! Anything can be hacked and you are ignorant to believe Xbox can't. That's part of the problem there...denial. BTW, maybe you should learn to read...where did I say I was on my way to PS3...already have it, don't have to go there.

FannyPackNinja, umm..yep, no problems...don't get suspended without warning for 'allegedly' cheating/hacking/whatever excuse Xbox wants to use.

Funny how PS3 can get hacked but not Microsoft...go figure. Microsoft programmers should be over our government's security if that's the case.

I'm being threatened to be "hacked"!

Strictly speaking, you cannot be "hacked" on Xbox LIVE; that is to say no one can forcibly take your information from our servers. Please make sure that your WLID and password are both strong and secret. Do not share this information with ANYONE! Also
remember that no Microsoft of Xbox employee or support agent will ever ask you for this information.

If someone on Xbox LIVE is threatening to "hack" you, or they are asking for your WLID and/or password, you should let us know! These activities are strictly against our Terms of Use and we are serious about its enforcement.

The first thing you should do when you get a message like this is file a complaint on the person and block communications. This way the enforcement team is alerted and the messages will stop. These are empty threats as it is impossible to get "hacked" over
