    Is there a way to force game bar capture gameplay at only 60fps?


    Dear Experts,

    I have been messing around the game bar but nothing works. The selection is 60fps but the actual recorded files are variable, sometimes 70fps, 80fps or higher. This causes the video become so big and i don't want that as Youtube only accepts 60fps at max.

    Please help.

    The only way to record voice with live gameplay is with a capture card and a PC.

    Hi there there already is a way to capture in game footage by using the "xbox record that" command it will allow you to capture up to 5 minutes of gameplay.

    I think what you'll need is a separate capture card/streaming device.

    The best known is the Elgato range, however they aren't cheap, but it allows you to do exactly what you described, ie plug your console into your PC and stream your games live.

    The link ive provided is the cheapest in the range, it streams at 4k @ 60fps but its £190, it can capture but only at 1080p 60fps

    343 IS BLOWING IT!

    You can actually blame the community for this for moaning when shooters are only 30fps and websites like eurogamer who do nothing but nitpick frame rate and resolution to set ps4 and xbox fanboys against eachother.

    It forced them to aim for 60fps.

    You can guarantee that if the game was only 30fps the internet would be full of people moaning about not having 60fps even it had split screen.

    So 343 can't win either way.
