Is there a way to fix unreadable disc for Xbox series X

Sometimes, dirt or smudges on the disc can prevent it from being read properly. Gently clean the disc with a soft, lint-free cloth, wiping from the center outward.

You mentioned that other discs work, but it's still good to confirm this again. If other discs also start showing similar issues, it could be a problem with the console's disc drive.

Thanks I'll try my friends Xbox if I get the chance and I have tried that but the disc doesn't show up on my console when it's inserted when I insert the disc it comes out in the same position I inserted it in so I can tell it's not spinning at all

Great! If this is also happening on another Xbox Series X console then this could really be a problem with how they made this disc game. But hopefully it is not just an isolated case on the console.

That is possible given that you have tried a different copy of the disc already but I do not believe it has something to do with the console since this is the only game not working and other games are working fine. Do you have friends that has Series X as well? Just want to check if the game runs on their console. But it is a good thing you have reported this already so that it can get patched or something. Have you also tried installing the game offline? Just to see if that helps.
