Is there a way to fix this?

• Is the problem occurring while using Windows? If you are having the problem with Windows, please share your specific version with me. Please check it (you can display it by pressing the Win key + R key, and entering "winver", then Enter), and only send the relevant information without PII in the next reply.
  
• What kind of keyboard is that keyboard? Is it the on-screen keyboard that comes with the system? To prevent me from misinterpreting your question, if it's convenient for you, please share with me a screenshot of the interface where you're having the problem.(If you can't send the screenshot directly, you can upload the image to OneDrive and share the OneDrive connection with us)

If you mean that the console turns on but then turns off unexpectedly, then first of all, I recommend resetting the internal power supply of your console. To do this, disconnect the power cable from both the console and the power outlet, wait for at least 30 seconds, and after that time has passed, plug the console back in normally and check if it continues to turn off after being turned on.

If the problem persists, please try connecting your console to a different outlet or check if the same thing happens when connecting other devices to the same outlet. This will help us rule out whether it is a problem with the outlet. Additionally, it's important that you connect the console directly without using external voltage regulators, power strips, or extensions in order to try to isolate the problem. Finally, ensure that you are using the power cable that originally came with your console.

If none of the above solutions work, I'm afraid it may be a hardware issue with your console. In that case, it would be necessary to create a service order for it by following the instructions provided in the following link:

May I know what game are you trying to pre-order specifically?

You could try a soft factory reset. For info on how to do this check
HERE.

When you get the option to reset, choose 'Reset and keep my games & apps'

It might be too late for that since it's already scratched and if it's bad enough, it wouldn't be able to read the disc properly in order to install.

Your best bet is trying to return and exchange it since it's been less than 7 days.

Gamestop might give you some trouble since they are always pushing that 3 dollar scratch insurance...but even with that, I dont think they swap it...they might just repair it instead.

If you bought it from a retail chain store, you might have a greater chance for a swap.
