Is there a way to fix my account to reflect that I have had Xbox Live since day one?

I had an original Xbox and signed up for live on day one. When it came time to switch over to Xbox 360 I got too excited and registered my account on the website which locked me out from transferring my account to Xbox 360. I had to create a new account
on my 360 and because of that I missed out on things like the free 10 year Anniversary Xbox 360 Microsoft sent to loyal fans. I still own both accounts but I would just like to merge the data if possible.

Merging Legacy Account with Current Account for Accurate Anniversary Number

A decade ago when XBL launched on the original Xbox I created an account on day one. I was wondering if it is possible to have the date of service of my current gamer tag; , reflect the total years I've been active with XBL. There was never a
lapse in service I just created the new (current account) because back when the 360 launched there wasn't a way to change gamer tags. I have all the credentials of the original gamer tag to verify. Id love to have the anniversary number next to my gamerpic
reflect that I've been with xbl since the beginning. cheers

Xbox LIVE Tenure

I have had xbox live since 2009, and my membership recently expired. I had a silver membership for 1 day, then bought a gold membership. When I activated my membership my account states that I have had xbox live for 0 years when it was previously 4 years.
I was told to contact xbox live rewards about this problem, but they dont deal with tenure. Is there a way to restore my membership status at not to affect my rewards, and so I can have the right representation of my dedication to xbox and xbox live?

It's not possible.

Also, the 10 year anniversary stuff was sent out at random to celebrate the anniversary of Live. You didn't have to be part of Live since day 1 to receive it. You just had to be chosen.

Is this fixed yet? I have the same problem, it says I already somehow linked my LIVE account to another Origin account... However I have had the Origin account only since a couple of days, and I do not recall syncing before.

Ever since the latest update, that took place a few days ago, I have been experiencing Xbox live disconnects every hour or so. I have never had one issue before and when it disconnects it even goes far enough to say there's no wireless card inserted when
it's an Xbox slim and has it built in. The only way to fix is to do a system reset. This had never happened in the past so it must be related to this update please fix ASAP.

Hi,

Unfortunately Offline Xbox 360 profiles can not be linked/merged or made into an online account. There is no way around this, it was designed that way. Sorry.

Taking your comment under consideration I have to suppose that since my own profile as an adult is online and live then I created it and associated with my email address since day one?

I have fixed the issue on my end, but Xbox needs to fix a glitch in live migration. Skyrim was available in both locations. I had to migrate my account back to Australia, and then I had to trick live into thinking I was in Australia by inputting an Australian
DNS in network settings. That was the only way I could recover everything I lost. It's a slow way to do it, but it worked.
