Hey, My Xbox Gamertag is WoodedBugle4818 and I got in a fight with this guy that resulted in a few swears and inappropriate language. They said some racial stuff and also swore and said some inappropriate stuff as well. But basically, they said that they
reported me for some stuff I said to them, Yet they did the same thing and actually used some racism and kept grieving me. Anyways I need to tell Microsoft about some of the stuff so I at least don't go out alone because that's just unfair. I get the saying
life's unfair and stuff but like I don't think it's right to let this guy get away with what they also said so I did report them but I kind of want to go into a bit more detail so stuff is fair. I don't mind being banned for a little while but it's not completely
fair if they don't go down with me. So yeah, Is there a way to contact Microsoft or Xbox. Also, how long will I probably be banned? Thanks.

Go on to their profile and report them. There will be a list of options and there's usually a text box you can fill in to send more specific details about what happened before you hit send.

Reporting them is the only way to contact the enforcement team to have them look into the other guy. There is no other way to contact them.

The length of your ban would be determined by the enforcement team, so no one here can tell you how long you might be banned for. Suspension lengths can vary based on if you've had any suspensions in the past and the severity of the situation.

Since it is already a Microsoft account there is no way to add that email to the other account.

There is no way to move an Xbox profile from one Microsoft account to another.

There is no way to move an already existing Microsoft server/account email (outlook, Hotmail, live, MSN.com) to another Microsoft account.

If you are not wanting to use the email that is currently attached to your Xbox profile you are unfortunately going to have to create a new email address.
