Is there a way to download digital game installations for Xbox One S via a different platform?

I have Skate 3 for Xbox One attached to Microsoft Account. I want to download and install it but I don't have access to my Xbox One S when I have sufficient internet connection. I would like to know if there is a way to download backup / installation files on another platform (ie. Android or Windows 10) which I have constant access to so that I can then, offline or with minimal internet usage, install the game when I regain access to the Xbox. All help is appreciated.

I'm afraid that isn't possible Lance. You have to download it directly to the console.

The xbox 1 S digital is for downloading games not by installing discs. You can still download games via the store and play them that way if they are backwards compatible with the xbox one

The xbox one S you are reffering to is the Xbox one S Digital, It's for downloading games only not discs you can download them from the microsoft store instead of buying via cd.
