    Is there a way to contact the Insider Team regarding a problem you have reported?


    Just curious if there is a way to contact someone within the team as I submitted a report to which I allowed for video footage to be taken. I just want to know if that said footage could be sent back in order to be used for a dispute. Thanks everyone Is there a way to contact the Insider Team regarding a problem you have reported? :)

    There's no way to stop reports from happening or contact the enforcement team regarding them.

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

    I am not an Xbox Insider but with this case, make sure to report it as soon as possible in that way the Insider team can immediately investigate and deploy a fix.

    You can do so by following the steps below:

    1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide, and then select Store.

    2. Search for “xbox report a problem” and download the Xbox Report a Problem app.

    Since you are indeed an Xbox Insider, please submit a report to Team Xbox using Xbox Insider Hub app on Xbox Console. This way your account will be investigated by the team as to why you did not have the Xbox Live Gold badge.

    You might want to report this issue as well with the Xbox insider hub. press the xbox button down on the controller until the power menu pops up, and select report a problem, and continue from there. That way the insider team will get the report, and be
    able to find out if it is a game issue or update issue.
