Is there a way to change the microsoft account associated with your minecraft java account?

No, you cannot directly transfer your Minecraft Java account to a different Microsoft account. Each Minecraft Java account is associated with a specific Microsoft account, and it's not possible to change this association directly. The only way to play Minecraft Java with a different Microsoft account would be to create a new Minecraft Java account and purchase the game again.

Upon re-reading your concern, you seem to mean you have two accounts that is one for Minecraft Bedrock and two for the Minecraft Java.

Please confirm the following details:

• Since you have mentioned, June was the month you migrated your account, you should have Minecraft Java + Bedrock on your Microsoft account. Is this correct? If so, please login to your account on this link and see if you do not have Buy Now option on Minecraft Java: https://www.minecraft.net/en-us/postmigration
  

• If your Minecraft Java is on different account and that different account was not migrated, unfortunately you will no longer be able to access it.
  
• However, if you had the Minecraft Java on the Microsoft account and does not have Minecraft Bedrock that would be a different scenario. May we confirm what is on your account when you signed into Minecraft site?
  

If you are looking for the email address, we would like to set your expectations that we do not have tools to locate and access an account, please try to sign into all your accounts to know where your Java was associated with.

MY ACCOUNT WAS STOLEN

Note: In many cases where people believe that their accounts have been stolen, hacked, or compromised, the issue is caused by a login issue.

First, try to change the password that’s associated with your account. For example, a Microsoft account or a Mojang account. Log out of anything that you're logged into (websites, game launcher, etc.), then if you were able to change the password, try to log in with the new password. If you have an old Minecraft account that logs in with a Java profile name instead of an email, you should migrate to the newer Mojang account format. 

If you have a Mojang account, try logging in with a different email address. 

If you are not sure if you should use your email address or Java profile name to log in, see our article on  Minecraft: Java Edition account types. 

If you do not receive password reset emails within a few minutes, or you are sure that your account was compromised, locate your transaction ID or gift code and contact Minecraft Support.

Note: If your account is linked to a Microsoft Secured Account or you have already migrated

contact Microsoft Support instead.

Also, the gmail.com originally associated with the account still exists but no longer exists in the Microsoft database or whatever. "We couldn't find an account with that username. Try another, or get a new Microsoft account." The email itself isn't hacked, just my Minecraft Java account.
