Discus and support is there a way to appeal a perm ban? in XBoX Accessibility to solve the problem; i was looking through old passwords i had saved and found a microsoft account that was banned, this was my old main account with alot of time and money...     is there a way to appeal a perm ban?


    i was looking through old passwords i had saved and found a microsoft account that was banned, this was my old main account with alot of time and money spent on it. i believe the reason i was banned was my display name, But connected with the account on enforcements there are no logs of anything happening. i lost access to this account over the period it was banned, i dont know what i did on the account besides my display name ("negus 420") how do i find why i was banned

    The only way would be if there is an option to submit a case review on the enforcement site. If the ban was issued over 12 months ago, it would not be eligible.

    I always thought that any mods that alter an account (making avatar blue etc) meant perm ban with no way to appeal it.

    yeah but if it has been banned for 5 years now it is a perm ban and there is no reversal or appeals

    I was banned for marketing theft

    So if you were banned and its perm I'm pretty sure it will stay like that. Perm ban just means that they had enough info to make it permanent, If they gave you an option to appeal it then you have the right to do so but I've never seen an appeal option
    ever avail on a permanent ban!

    they do not ban for no reason you were banned for violating the rules in some way if it was a minor issue it was a temp ban if it was multiple minor one one major it was a perm ban. all you can do is find out why you were banned not appeal it.
