Is there a way I can get my Xbox to work normally?

Normally the issue would be resolved by following the instructions below.

1. Turn off Xbox One.
2. Unplug power.
3. Plug the power back to Xbox One 30 seconds later.
4. Press and hold Bind and Eject at the same time (don't release).
5. Press and release the Power button, and then you will hear the startup chime.
6. When you hear the second startup chime, you can release the bind and eject buttons.
7. Select Reset this Xbox on the screen.
8. Select Keep games and apps.

I normally start on easy then work my way up, so i can get the gamer score / achievements 👍

I presuming it works both ways then I can charge my galaxy through the Xbox charger and have an ultra long cable compared to the normal phone chargers. Very nice

Hi Frozeyn, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

It is required to have the Xbox Wireless Controller turned on. To prevent your controller from turning off while you're using the keyboard and mouse you can try to plug it in directly using a USB cable.

1.) I have no internet or ethernet cable plugged into/set up on the Xbox.

2.) I have done everything that it says on every error on the error page and nothing has worked.

thanks for the response, but I do know a bit more about tech than the normal person. normally I can find a fix or work my way around it, but this time I don't think I can.
