Is there a way i can get my device unbanned?

So I went to my grandmothers funeral for a couple days and my step brother was on my xbox the whole time i was gone and he decided it was a good idea to ask for people their account information so he could gift himself , i really wanna know if a device ban is permanent because i do not have the money to purchase a new xbox and ive been a loyal customer since 2018 or 17. The person he has tried to account phish kept spam reporting and i kept getting suspensions and i did the time but he kept spam reporting the same message and I have gottem a permanent device ban for doing so , is there any number or email i can use to get in contact with someone who can help me with me situation?

Sorry, but yes. A device ban is permanent. There is no way to contact the enforcement team regarding them.

you are responsible for your account, letting others access it is against the terms anyway, you should have had a pin protecting your account so your step brother could not do anything, account phishing is a big no no and is a perma ban full stop, if a device ban then that is it nothing can be done and not even support can help, if an account ban then you get one review which you do via the enforcement site, if denied then thats it, support cannot help either.

There is nobody else to contact, no higher ups, no second chances. A perma ban of an account means losing all remaining gold/gamepass time, all games are too.

This is complete bs , i payed Xbox for 6 years , switched over from playstation because I thought xbox was better i give them buisness and they cant even talk to me about a problem? What happene to second chances . Everybody deserves second chances. I completed 2 separate 2 day suspensions and the kid kept spam reporting until i got permanently banned. why is this? i get in trouble for the message that was sent that i already faced consequences for? complete bs. i need to speak with a higher body ,if you can get me in touch with anyone who can help me more send them to email me at *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** , because this is ridiculous.

And about that when i go to contact them and it tells me to login to my account each time i click the button it bring me to the same screen and i'm still not login and on my phone it does the same thing

There is an issue with the notification system for suspensions telling everyone they are permanently suspended, when it's actually a shorter suspension. You can try contacting support and they can tell you how long your suspension actually is, but they won't have any further information about the suspension. There's currently an issue with the enforcement site not showing current suspensions which means it's not possible to submit a case review at the moment.
