    i want to get in the insiders program but when I try it said I need to be 18. Can I bypass this some how with customer support?

    I Can't change my age and also I can't open the insiders hub because my age is not updated yet I tried to change it but when I open the insider hub it says 18 and up plz help me

    I cannot access my sbox insider hub app. I keep getting this message-

    There is a problem

    Error making an http call. Httpcode: Forbidden

    Or

    It says my account is not 18 years old.. but it is I checked

    Why does the Xbox Insider Hub ask me to be 18+?

    Okay, I get it. But before I was making the post, I saw someone else's post with the same question (that thread is now locked, unfortunately). It says that the user is over 18 years old yet they cannot access the Xbox Insider Hub because it says that they're "under 18". A reply said that the Xbox Insider Hub checks the age you originally created your account at and not the age you're currently at.

    How do I delete my xbox account??

    I have a gamertag, say "A", and got (without being able to make a choice) "B" when I installed the Xbox Insider Hub.

    I got a message that my 'store' account wasn't the same as my Xbox account.

    But I can't change "B" to "A"! Even after deinstallation of the Xbox Insider Hub.

    Trying again to install the Hub, I received "B" again!

    How can I login with "A" in a Xbox Insider Hub??

    Yes but my account is already an adult account, I don't need to change my date of birth because I'm 18. So I don't understand why I can't access Xbox Insider Hub

    The parental accoujt cannot be removed without the child being over 18

    And no the age settings cannot be changed
