    Is there a timeline on when my controller and headset will stay synced to the XSX console?


    This is getting ridiculous. It’s bad enough all the games I play aren’t stable coming out of quick resume. Whatever I can deal. But 50% of the time my controllers won’t resync from sleep mode. I absolutely have to hard reset at least once a day.

    It this like an absolutely impossible problem to solve? They won’t even resync wired after they’ve dropped. Super mega annoying.

    Just wanted to check. If you turn off all controllers and the headset, then turn the headset on, press the sync button on the console, then the sync button on the headset, what quadrant position does the headset sync to when all controllers are off? If it
    syncs up to the top left quadrant, try turning the controller on at the point and see if things start working for you.

    If it's on a seperate Quadrant, than yes, it will stay on.. But, if it is assigned to a specific controller quadrant, than it will turn off or lose sync with the controller..

    Plus, if you insert a wired headset to a controller, that has a assigned wireless headset, the wireless headset disconnects...

    Hey there Slayer! First disconnect all accessories from the console. Try syncing the headset to the console and when fully synced, try syncing the controller, not just turning it on. Let us know if that helps!

    You are supposed to link the Wireless Headset, after the console has booted to the Dashboard anyway & then link it to your active controller...

    It's confusing the console, when you turn the controller on or sync it, to start the console & there is another device (Wireless Headset) trying to access the same quadrant.. The console is lagging, because, it is processing, what Wireless Device turned
    it on to sync etc..

    Hi,

    I have this every single time I connect my Headset. I can exactly reproduce the issue.

    If Headset is connected and I turn if the console, the console will turn on again and controller can not be paired anymore, no matter how often I try to connect/sync it.

    I HAVE to completely shutdown the Xbox by holding down the power button and just then it's possible again to re-sync the controller. It somehow gets out of sync when I shut down the console while headset is connected. (Steelseries Arctis 9x)

    It's obiuosly a bug which I can reproduce every single time. How can I report this?
