You wouldn't get a separate tracking for that. Anything you send back with the controller, including accessories, the original box, etc. are not guaranteed to be returned since they are not supposed to be sent in with the controller.

Design lab controllers are actually charged immediately since it is a customized item. That means the order has been accepted and has gone into production. Once it ships you will receive an email with tracking. It can take 2-3 weeks to receive the controller.

Are you referring to the Design Lab? If so it does stated before you complete your order that it can take 2-3 weeks before the item is shipped due to it being a custom item.

Yep, you just get a new console. The rep I spoke with send you had to send everything back (including the accessories). Microsoft finally shipped back the console without the accessories. All I get is some half *** assurances from their other reps that
my accessories would be sent in separate shipment from the console within 10 days, no tracking number. I originally shipped by broken console (it was a hardware defect, it wouldn't boot up properly) on 12-12-13. I received the console on 12-18-13, with no
wires, controller, kinect sensor, etc. Of course the reps never let you talk to a manager whenever I call. This has been a total *** show on Microsoft's part. I just have to wonder how many lawsuits their legal team is going to get bombarded with....
