Is there a reason why I haven't received the new Microsoft Store layout?

I've done everything in my power to try and figure out this problem. I've posted in fourms, got into contact with customer support, talked to a specialist, and they've led me to here. They specifically told me to come here due to me being an Xbox Insider. I'm new to Reddit, so please forgive me if I misuse the purpose of this subreddit for I am unfamiliar with how things work here.

As far as I know everyone has upgraded to the new Xbox Microsoft Store layout. My system hasn't changed anything about the Microsoft Store. I've made sure that all my games and apps are up to date, I've made sure my system is up to date, I've cleared my cache, hard reset my console, factory reset my console three times, tried updating it through a flash drive, and I've joined the Xbox Update Preview Program as an Omega with absolutely no results or change of any kind.

I don't know if this is any help but when I first received what I'm assuming was to be the first new store update, it downloaded two separate files. After that each and every time the store received an update is seems to fail in some way. Not because it said it failed, but because it never shows up in the "recently installed" section on my Xbox

This whole process has done a number on me and my brain has become fatigued from trying to figure this out... So any help of any kind would be greatly appreciated, and if you need clarification feel free to ask.
