Is there a reason Microsoft keeps ignoring my Locked Account emails?

So I have been at this for multiple months now, and no matter what I do I can’t get a response to my emails. Back in December my account was hijacked from what I can tell, as it was fine one day and locked the next.

At the time I didn’t have two-factor active or a strong password. I was naive and didn’t think anyone would target me, but I was wrong.

Now no matter what I do I can’t seem to get a response from the team no matter how many forms I send in.

It has been four days since my last form was sent. What should I do at this point?

Contact Us button.

in the pop up window select Family and online safety and
I want to protect my account

click on Next

scroll down and select Request a call.

this requires you to sign in. if you are unable to sign into your account create a new Outlook email account just to sign in and so you can actually talk to someone.

Hi There,

If the folks over at Support sent you a confirmation email then just keep responding and replying to that email. Maybe a gentle reminder then and now to just check in how's it going with your account. Keep in mind that staff is having a hard time with everything
that's going on at this time, so just a little patience and they will eventually get to it.

I have.

I've been at this for a long time.

Multiple support chats, emails, and no solution sadly.
