  1. Is there a problem with MyCredit Deposits

Below is the support question and answer I posted just the other day. As you can see from the response I received, I was just given general information that you can either get from the FAQ's and calling in to Support. I would really like some actual TECH
Support. I have had well over 24K in Reward Credits prior to the 15th. This should have triggered the automatic deposit and it did not. I am continually told that there is a way to request a deposit, but there is no option available to do so.

Please assist me in claiming the more that 24K in Reward Credits that are apparently stuck on my account.

Is there a problem with MyCredit Deposits

The request deposit button is only available when you have at least 1,000 credits pending, but less than 5,000. It's just so you can have credits deposited before needing to have 5,000 pending first. Once you reach 5,000, they are automatically scheduled
to be deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month so there is no longer a need to request a deposit. If you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited at the end of the month. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are
deposited by the 15th of the next month.

Based on support's answer to your previous thread, it sounds like you redeemed gems for credits. If you redeemed them early this month, they would be scheduled to be deposited at the end of this month which is scheduled for the 29th.

    Hello ElitePhoenixX89,

You were given the FAQ answer since that has an explanation on your deposit. Here is relevant entry:

I claimed Rewards Credits from the vault. When will I receive them?

If you claim Rewards Credits from the MyVIP Vault, they should appear as pending in your account within 96 hours. Once they are pending in your account, the normal deposit process kicks in. Generally if you have over 5,000 Rewards Credits pending in your
account in the first half of any given month, that amount will be converted to your local currency and deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 30th of that same month. If the Credits show as pending in the second half of the month, that amount
will be deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 15th of the next month.

Please note you need at least 5,000 Rewards Credits pending to automatically trigger a deposit, though you can request a deposit for the next scheduled date as long as you have 1,000 Credits pending. Also, if you have ongoing issues with us depositing
into your account, such as your account not matching up with your billing location, you might want to consider choosing a different prize from the vault, as we won’t be able to deliver your Rewards Credits until the deposit issue is resolved.

As stated in that entry, "Generally if you have over 5,000 Rewards Credits pending in your account in the first half of any given month, that amount will be converted to your local currency and deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 30th
of that same month." If you would look at your MyRewards' MyStatement, you will see that the majority of your pending Credit was claimed in the March 1-15 time period. Therefore, as stated in that FAQ entry, they will be a part of the end of month deposit.
Note that as also stated in that entry "If the Credits show as pending in the second half of the month, that amount will be deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 15th of the next month." So therefore, your recent FREE Pass Credits would not
be a part of the end of month deposit, and if you would like those Credits, you will have to request them after the end of month deposit, since we only schedule a deposit automatically at 5000 or more pending Credits, and those would only be 2000 pending Credits.

Also as stated in that FAQ entry, "Please note you need at least 5,000 Rewards Credits pending to automatically trigger a deposit, though you can request a deposit for the next scheduled date as long as you have 1,000 Credits pending. " Since you have already
been scheduled for a deposit due to being above 5000 pending Credits, there is no need or reason for you to request a deposit to be scheduled for your account, so that button has been removed. As stated in the FAQ, the ability to request a "early" deposit
only refers to the requesting of a deposit before reaching the 5000 pending Credit amount that automatically schedules one.
