Is there a possibility to overturn a ban with a years good behavior on another account?

To cut to the chase, I was very rude to people online and after 4 com bans I was permanently suspended. The guy on the phone was a supervisor of some kind and told me to move on and make a new account. Well, I did. A year later of a second account, I haven't
received ONE enforcement action. I even received some counseling for my anger and I think it's really changed my outlook on online behavior among other things in life. Is there any possible chance that the enforcement team would ever reverse a ban (only communications
enforcements, NO HACKING) after a year of good behavior? Any reasources or anything of any kind would greatly help. If it matters I can provide documentation of counseling, good behavior and the current account I play on that's been scotch free of any trouble
for an entire year.

PS: the reason I want my account back is because I've had it since 2009 and it had over $1,300 in games and DLC.

Unfortunately this is the risk that comes with purchasing a used console. Sadly there is no way to overturn a console ban. The only advice would be to try to contact the seller to try and get a refund.

Afraid not.Permanent bans are just that,permanent.

Permanent bans are never overturned,no matter how well behaved you are on your new account.
