    Is there a possibility I that I could be unbanned?


    I just found my OG tag credentials, my first ever Gamertag that I originally made 10 years ago on Xbox Live. The thing however, its permanently banned. The GT is highly inappropriate, and it doesn't follow Microsoft Terms and Services. I had many opportunity's
    back in the day to actually change it, and stupid juvenile 15 y/o Joel never changed it. Looking back, do I deserve the ban? Without a question I do, but years later I have matured into an adult and a responsible one at that. I have another Gamertag now that
    is my primary, but I'm just wondering of there is even a slight chance to get it unbanned. I have no issue changing the tag to something that not inappropriate, and follows Microsoft's Terms and services. It would be amazing after all these years to sign on
    that Gamertag on Xbox Live again. I also want to note, have not posted Xbox Forums since I first got banned all those years back, so I'm pretty newby at this. If this needs to get redirected so ambassador, or a Xbox Live enforcement team member can see this
    post; I have no issues in doing so. Thank you for your time, help and information on the matter.

    maybe the account can still be active but the name either they change it or ask you to do it to stick with it, you can make the attempt

    Nobody in Support, nor the forums, has any jurisdiction over Enforcement issues.

    You would need to login at HTTPS://enforcement.xbox.com and if eligible file a case review

    If it is years ago, then there is nothing that can be done.

    Is there a way to get in contact with a Enforcement Team member? I remember back in the day you could.

    No the only point of contact is via a case review. If you got a permanent ban, then there is absolutely nothing you can do.
