Is there a live chat, I am sick of Microsoft not solving anything over message board.

I bought Xbox Gamepass Ultimate in January, I was going to get some free months out of that and the next billing on my account is set to May 5th 2021. A few weeks ago it started bugging out and some games shows a "It looks like you're stranded" picture when I click on the left sidebar for a game. For a moment the normal screen is displayed and if I am quick, before it switches into the "your stranded" error message I can click play and everything is ok.

It says everywhere in all the apps that I have Xbox Gamepass Ultimate, but I can play no games.

All these bugs, I am sincerely close to moving on to something else, Microsoft has shot itself in the foot on this one, they basically lied, I didn't get what I payed for.

You can request a call back or chat with support at http://support.xbox.com/contact-us If you're not seeing those options, change your category/topic to something else until you do. Billing & Subscriptions and "I don't recognize a charge" usually works for me.

Having the same problem - Used it fine a few days ago.

I cant make a call to Xbox support and that tells me there is an error and to try again.

Per a Cox message board (last message currently on page 2 they are looking into it, as it sounds like it's an issue with Cox connecting the anything Microsoft:

these days it is better to not message anything over xbox live, i don't use parties i don't use chat or in game chat, the auto banning from someone reporting a message is getting out of hand.

instead i just use discord now if i am on console i use it over the phone, but as i play mostly pc i use discord there, completely disable any social aspect of xbox service.

We have troubleshooting solutions for both red light issues and disc-drive issues, to name a few. If you do experience issues with your next console (though I hope you don't!), please make a post in the forums with the specific issue you're experiencing.
For now, though, I hope you enjoy your new Xbox 360.
