Discus and support is there a list of games able to play on 480p in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; still have not gotten around to buying a hd tv lol so any 1 know of games cable of running on 480p tv that will not blind you from squinting to see...     still have not gotten around to buying a hd tv

    lol so any 1 know of games cable of running on 480p tv that will not blind you from squinting to see what you are doing ?

    NXOE is released to everyone on Nov 12th with backwards compatibility so as long as it's on the list of backwards compatible games then you will be able to play it.

    There is no full list that I know of yet.

    As far as i know all 360 games are designed to run on a HDTV so you'll be squinting no matter what game you buy.

    You should not be getting resolutions listed on the 360. If you have a proper HDMI connection to the TV you should be seeing 480p/720p/1080i/1080p.



    Your TV's a 1080p model. You should be able to select 1080p.

    At 12', on a 22" display, no, a normal person cannot tell the difference between 480p and 1080p. The normal eye doesn't have the visual acuity to be able to tell.



    And that's the point - at 12'. Screen size and distance from the screen matter.
