Is there a folding@home client for the xbox family of consoles that could help fight covid19?

I've looked and I don't see one. Is there a way to run a folding@home client on an Xbox? I know the PlayStation 3 had a folding at home client for a while. It seems like there could be an awful lot of good done in cooperation with the folding@home project
if Microsoft could help out a bit. It would be great PR, and it would really kick out the FLOPS!

In fact. I will commit to buying an additional xbox if Microsoft develops a folding at home client for each of their consoles.

Even if they don't develop a client for the XB, maybe Microsoft could provide IT services - at least until the Covid19 problem is solved.

I am not aware of one but you could always make a suggestion via the Xbox Insiders Reddit
page. This is where you can submit ideas and suggestions to help make the Xbox experience great.

What a great idea! With the number of consoles that sit idle (not as many right now as before), this could be a huge chunk of processing power to help with this issue. It could also be pushed to other "folding" issues.

Why is "folding at home" not available as an XBOX ONE APP? XBOXs could be used to help the fight of diseases.

I'm afraid they dont have a family option at the moment. You could possibly pay for two fold memberships and use home xbox with them two onto the other two so that all four consoles benefit from xbox live gold

It might be possible that the charges came from a different account.

it could be that these charges came from an account of a family member that might be using the Xbox console or Windows PC frequently of your client at home.

You client's payment method might be added on one of their accounts.

To confirm this, have them sign in on account.microsoft.com. > Payment and Billing > Order History.

If your client is certain that he/she shouldn’t have Microsoft subscription charges, have your client contact the financial institution/bank so that they can help with a possible fraudulent transaction.
