    Is there a fix to the website not accepting any addresses for a controller repair?


    I've been trying to get my elite series 2 controller sent in for over a month now as it's broken. I've looked at the other forums and tried other addresses and browsers but nothing works. I remember finding a link that worked- but had to cancel the order because I was in the process of moving houses- and now I have the whole problem again. It's sucks because there's only a month left on my warranty. - i just tried making a new order- and it wants me to pay £37 for parts- the accessories like the paddles- but the controller itself is broken. It also says that i won't get a replacement controller.

    Headset Not Working

    Hi there,

    Sorry to hear about the trouble. I personally had the same issue with my new controller, the jack just wont accept the headphones anymore.

    Is your controller still under warranty? You can check on the xbox website
    Xbox support

    under services and repairs.

    If its still under warranty you can lodge a repair request :)

    Actually the 10 year life span was for the console. Controllers have a 90 day warranty. If you were experiencing issues with the controller 30 days after getting it you should have returned it to the store or sent it in for repair/replacement under it's
    warranty.

    You said that you fixed the left stick. If you repaired the controller on your own you now cannot send it in for a repair as it will not be accepted. Nor can anyone help you with that.

    You will need to purchase a new controller if you are having issues with the one you currently have.

    new controller is the better way. if controller's broken any attempts to fix it can destroy it completely. repair can be a half of original controller's price and no warranty of a properly work.
