    I have been trying to come tact Xbox for weeks, when they call they just hang up or put me on hold and don’t come back. They are refusing to fix my Xbox and this is the 2nd one that’s broken. The customer service is no. Existent

    I've spoken with Microsoft through the live chat and gone through the options under support but no complaints email, in fact I was provided this link
    http://xbox.uservoice.com/ through the live chat but that's not an ideal way of voicing my frustration.

    So your getting refunded, they sorted it out, and your still not happy?

    You contact live chat after the problem was sorted, what did you expect them to do?

    How do we know that the 3 x purchase, wasn't your fault?

    At least give us the whole story and how exactly did you pay 3 times for a product? and what are you expecting to achieve out of complaining?

    Complaints Email?

    Click on the support tab up top mate. There are a ton of contact options. You may get an email asking to rate the customer service too.

    A good op to voice your concerns.
