There is a problem with the xbox one s Freezes up stops then shuts itself off after a while the xbox one s gets worse and worse so I call xbox for help and They suggested how about it an exchange didnt know you got charged for delivery 16 bucks To have
a ship back to xbox when it's their problem they shouldn't make the customers pay the shipping cost that's terrible My xbox 1S is not even a year-old yet xbox needs to pay For the shipping not the Customer I'm very disappointed that here their product and
they didn't even ask for permission to charge my card 15.95 for shipping Microsoft I'm very unhappy and piss

Xbox one S DEAD

Hi,

My Xbox One does not turn on, Dead like a brick. I tried te process to reset the power supply as recommended but still no luck. My console is still under warrantee. Can anyone help me with the proper contact in Cape Town South Africa. Who do I call,
do they rplace my console. I know the repain/exchange is free of charge as it is still under warrantee, but that is where everything stops. Where to now?

your xbox is still under warranty until February guys. don't believe a damn thing support tells you. as long as you have an emailed receipt proving you paid for your xbox, MS has to repair yours. so it takes a few weeks? why complain? at least they're not
charging you for the new one... shipping however they should not be charging you for either and that's what I'm hearing ms is doing to their customers. criminal.

Same issues here, Search the web we are not alone. They are selling defective equipment and then charging you to ship it in for replacement. 4-6 weeks for replacement. Why won't they acknowledge their defective equipment and take care of there customers?

I didn't pay any shipping charges when I sent my Xbox in for repair under warranty. You really don't have to worry about putting any paperwork in the box because MS will reference the serial number on the console anyway.
