Is the Xbox app ever going to support multiple controllers like it's predacessor does?

There are multiple posts on this, from people in multiple locations and using multiple different TV providers. It does not look like an issue with the data. But, with the OneGuide app. I would appreciate it if Microsoft supported this app until the time
they do remove it.

I would also like to give my vote for not removing the app as it is useful and an important part of making the the xbox One the "one" device for all of your entertainment needs.

Batman Arkham City was better than Arkham Asylum in practically every way a video game could outdue its predacessor.
Batman Arkham City is the best Batman video game ever created IMO.

so playing around with the app and Xbox with my controller. I have figured out this only happens when i’m on the Xbox home screen or if I push the Xbox button on my controller. This does not effect game play what so ever. Also, doesn’t matter if its my controller
or the ones i’ve borrowed for the testing. Still has the same effect.

I would still like to know what the heck is going on.

It totally sounds like a Defective controller.

Can you try it in a Windows 10 PC? Like connect it with the USB cable, open a game and navigate a menu with RB?

Have you ever tried navigating the Xbox Menu using the controller via cable? Does the problem still occur?

Does it happen with other controllers?

In summary:

If with the cable the problem is gone, than is wireless interference.

If it happens with only that controller, it's probably a defective unit, please reach to the
Xbox Support here.

if it happens with other controllers it might be a software issue. Please
try to perform a factory reset keeping games and apps and see if this fixes your problem.

If the factory reset didn't help and every controller has the issue, please reach to the xbox support and see what are your options.

But it does not support it, your xbox app detects 2 controllers but will NOT give the option for splitscreen.
