Is the Xbox Ambassador e-mail address still used by the team?

The correct email address should be xboxambs @ microsoft.com (remove the spaces). The email has not been shut down and is still in use.

well, it hasn't changed in a year (lol) and i've been using a different gamerpic since 8 months.... It's not the gamerpic on xbox live or xbox.com, but on the e-mail address and my profile picture for ambassadors.

If this account/E-mail was setup only used with Xbox then it should be possible to change the E-mail address on the
Microsoft Profile page however if this E-mail address is also used by your sister for any of the other services provided by Microsoft such as Skype, Onedrive, Office 365 etc then it will not
be possible to change the E-mail address for just the Xbox live account.

Have you received a confirmation e-mail stating that you have been accepted into the Ambassador Program? If so, but you are still not showing up as an Ambassador here on the forums and not showing up on the leaderboards then all you need to do is send a
Private Message to the Gamertag: XboxAmbassadors

Explain that you received your confirmation e-mail (assuming you did) and it is probably just a small error where your Gamertag has forgotten to be activated as an Ambassador.

As iRayDawg said if you were already an Xbox Live Ambassador and suddenly you find yourself no longer on the leaderboards etc then you may have been removed due to violating the Xbox Live Code of Conduct or the Ambassador Code of Conduct.

However, if you were already an Xbox Live Ambassador and you have recently changed your Gamertag, and now finding yourself no longer on the leaderboards, then please make sure you have e-mailed: *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***

With both your new and old Gamertag, along with your Windows Live ID.

This is not true they only e-mail the e-mail you used when you signed up for the service. I started with one e-mail, then got a more professional e-mail that i wanted to switch it, and the first one became my spam e-mail. I was banned for something,
never got an e-mail on my new e-mail address. (the one i use to sign in now.) but my old one got all the e-mails from the team. I didn't even notice until weeks after the issue was all over with.
