Is the Third party app TMX Safe

So a year ago there was an app on the Xbox store I installed called TMX an app that allows you to download user created backgrounds to your Xbox one I uninstalled the app primarily because when I selected the background theme I wanted it ended up showing
a gambling website ad so because of that I uninstalled the app and never installed it on my account sense but as of recent I have been getting paranoia and anxiety over the app because it was playing ads and I’m scared that the app might reinstall on my account
because of the ads it was playing I installed the app recently on my very old account to see if it works to its intended purpose and it does and then I uninstalled it again but I’m still a little anxious primarily because it says that I own the app despite
being uninstalled

Hi There, Owing a app and having it installed are two different things. If you don't have it installed you have nothing to worry about. But if down the road you want to install again all you have to do is reinstall.

All games and apps on the Microsoft store needs to be approved before it can be placed and used by the community.

If you feel that the gambling website ad is a little out of context then you can report the app on the Microsoft store. Give as much possible information regarding your report.

I did some researching and it seems like an okay program, I have personally never tried it, but it looks like it would be safe. To answer your question for ads, it probably shows them to pay for the app (since that's how free services pay for themselves).
It will also never be able to re-install itself without your permission nor can it randomly display ads or other things on your xbox (unless the app is open).
