my Xbox one swing let me purchase anything it just says sorry your account can't make this type of purchase countinue this transaction on Xbox even thou I'm on my Xbox trying to purchase it

The stupid **** store isn't working and the i wanna pre order fifa 18 but i can't cause everytime i go on it it says "Check for an update or uninstall the app, the version you have now is out of date. (0x800700d8). What the **** is happening someone please
help

That is usually due to a setting in Privacy and Online Safety Settings: Troubleshoot Changing Online Safety or Privacy Settings on Xbox One

Purchasing through Xbox One console or on the website Xbox.com is essentially the same method for Xbox 360 backwards compatible games, so make sure the settings for that are correct to allow you to make purchases.

Mines is exactly the same. It keeps telling me the app is out of date and needs updated. My console is fully updated. This is a pain in the backside and I hope it gets fixed SOON!!!
