    Hey there. I have the same problems. It occurs when playing nba 2k22 and yesterday it also happened at fifa 22. what’s the issue Microsoft? :(

    Mine just shut down while i was watching sling.

    It has been doing this since i got the console.

    I have ps5 and gaming pc’s so I primarily use this thing as a sling box in my bedroom.

    There is an issue with this console that is yet to be addressed.

    It can be data corruption, but yes, it’s all software errors triggering protect mode based in your description.

    Interesting, so it's the game and not the console causing this? I already contacted 2k support in hopes that they can help fix this issue so now I'm just waiting for their response.

    Some people on reddit seem to have success fixing it, after having their consoles replaced, but the fact that this only happens on game to me makes me unsure of what the problem is.
