Is the rewards points problem ever going to get fixed?

Problem with my rewards

I have a problem with my rewards, since I got them on March 29, I haven't got them since , and I have paid xbox some 133 dolllars and I aint got nothing(double negative, but you get my point!!), am I ever going to receive my points!!??

Haven't Received 12-Month subscription Bonus on XBox Rewards.

I've been hearing problems with the Xbox Live Rewards and I recently noticed that I had not received points for renewing for the year.

I had renewed my XBox Live Gold Membership back in March, 2013. I have reviewed my points received and noticed I did get 10 Reward Points. However as stated on XBox Live Rewards website, 10 Reward Points is equivalent to a 1-Month Renewal. 200 Reward Points
would have been the proper amount for my 12-Month Renewal.

I was wondering why its not giving me the Rewards promised and if I was ever going to be receiving these points.

Hello BigfatShady,

There is currently an internal issue with the data stored for your account which is preventing a deposit. Our deposit process cannot correctly determine the primary billable account to deposit into for your Microsoft Account, and thus aborts the process.
Since this primary account is where the funds should be deposited, without this information our system has no information on where you would like your deposit. This is an issue that we are working on resolving with another team, since we are not able to fully
access the database containing billable account information, since that information is highly secured and confidential. At the moment, we have not received a estimate on when this problem will be resolved. To be clear, this is a data issue, and not the result
of any faulty user input, so adjusting your information will likely not solve this issue. We apologize for the inconvenience.

im appart of the rewards program, I just want to know if they are ever going to do that again.

it was great cause i was able to get ms points for unlocking achievements

It's up to you on if you want to continue the rewards program. I think it's worth it even if it doesn't work half the time. I did experience some of what you're talking about but it was only temporary and fixed on its own. Most of the time, emailing the
support staff is super easy and fast to get problems resolved.

Support looked into it, there actually was an issue with the app, they rolled out a fix, hopefully everyone that was having issues sees improvement.
