Is the link from the number 91703 a scam?

I just got an iMessage from then number 91703 which stated that the security info for my email was replaced. I did recently do this as I recall but it leaves me with a link titled : https://aka.ms/alcp which does not seem like a Microsoft link. Although it looks like the sign in page, I am worried that I will get my account hacked so I refused to sign in until I resolve this with someone who can directly lead me in the right direction. No offense but the message didn’t look that professional and led me to believe it was fake.

If there was an unusual sign-in attempt for your account, you'll get an email or text message. We'll send a message to all your alternate contact methods. To help protect your account, we'll need you to provide a security code from one of these contacts. This step prevents people who aren't you from signing in and lets us know if it was just you signing in from an unusual location or device. If you are receiving notification through email and if you aren't sure about the source of an email, check the sender. Well, both links provided are from official Microsoft websites (live.com, outlook.com), so I believe there's no way this can be a scam.

i contacted support by phone and they said use the link on xbox.com and in chat support they said it was a scam, i called the number in the email anyway and the guy said we need your credit card details to bill you, dont worry it only costs a pound. scam
of the year? or just badly managed? either way i am not adding cc details

Are you sure its ups ? That sounds like a scam to be honest a delivery fee litterally scam

Wait a second Canadian xbox store? Therr is no such thing

Only thing is microsoft store and they ship from wearhouse in Canada because the physical stores are in canada

I know cause I do my ms complete in Mississauga ms store

If you ordered from Amazon read where they ship it from unless it says MICROSOFT ita not xbox

It's a third party

And MS doesnt hold taxes they pay them for you they did it for me for my launch xbox one kit

amazon is known to charge you import taxes

Have you talked to UPS 1800 number not any link they provide you cause it's a scam
