Is the In-game Editor of Football Manager 2019 available on MS Store?

I don't seem to be able to find it either, the only mention is for it being available on Steam.

Would be weird to see it in the in-game store though, maybe it's not there yet or a region specific thing.

Because the editor is only available for PC but not on an Xbox console.

Are you talking about the pre-game editor or in-game editor? The in-game editor requires an additional purchase from what I can tell:

"If you are playing via Game Pass, you need to purchase the editor in the Downloads store. Press FM (top right) and then click Downloads. It can also be accessed from the main menu."

It looks like the pre-game editor isn't available on the Game Pass version:

"Unfortunately the pre-game editor is not available with the Xbox Game Pass version."

Ah yes I saw that I need to do the May update. But when I try to do it, it says there is an error and I have to turn off my anti-virus software.
