Currently it is constantly asking the owner to log in to verify the digital license of the product.

I might be wrong but Technically I don't even think this is setup for game sharing in a household but for being able to play your digital content wherever you go i.e. you can take your portable hard drive to a friends house and be able to play all you. Wasn't
being able to play your stuff anywhere one of there selling points early on? But as others have said MS has always been lax about enforcing any kind of official the feature that can be used for game sharing(its been around in a slightly different form/process
since the 360).

It is a grey area, that kind of feature is mainly allowed for 2 Xbox ones in the same household, in theory YOU must own both consoles for this to be within Microsoft terms and conditions, so whatever you do, keep that in mind as they can enforce their policy
at any time they choose.

Good advice. While you (Not saying you are participating.) may have a great friend/many friends that you could trust, I believe a lot of people are not so cautious with whom they are sharing, and are trying to save a few bucks with someone they don't know
all that well. Microsoft needs to address this practice and tell once and for all if it's acceptable or not, and the rules on how and when; great idea and selling point if it is.
