Is the Community app going to change at all? It's a huge step back from what we used to...

Isn’t that what a company is meant to do? As I said in the OP, if we just whine and complain and don't step up when Microsoft listen to us, then what was and is the point? If we don't step up then it means we really were self-entitled whining trolls.

After all the complaining we did, if we don't reward them for listening to us, then it is basically a slap in Microsoft's face for even doing this and listening to us. If we don't step up after all the complaining we did, then other companies will
look back at this moment when they have complaining customers and think to themselves ‘what is the point’?

Thank you for posting to the Microsoft community.

In this case you are best to request all back from support. There may be something going on with the purchase.

When you go to Contact Us to get it to request a chat follow these steps:

Step 1 ----select Xbox One

Step 2 ----select see other options then subscription changes

Step 3-----select show contact options
Step 4 ----select request call from support

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

We understand that you are having issues downloading your games from Microsoft Store through default SSD drive B.

Let us try to fix this problem by following the steps.

• First, open the PC Settings app by pressing the keyboard shortcut Win + I.
  
• Go to the "System → Storage" page in the Settings app.
  
• On the right page, click on the "Change where new content is saved" link under More Storage Settings section.
  
• Under the "New apps will save to" option, select your target drive from the drop-down menu and click on the "Apply" button.
  
• You may select the desired drive from the drop-down menu. Go back to the Xbox App and try to select the drive and see if that worked.
