    Hi, you can try if the support chat works. Due to the Corona crisis, support may be poorly staffed but support via chat or Twitter may still work

    It can depend on your region as far as their hours, but they have been. You can request a call back at http://support.xbox.com/contact-us It should tell you when they are
    open there as well.

    To be honest I'm not sure yet . Different countries have different rules for who can and cant be open for the Corona virus. Best to check your countries web site see if it has been updated. đź‘Ť

    I’m not sure what the issue is, but you can request a call back from the call back center, however, the operating are NOT 24/7.

    It gets almost ridiculous!

    To add to what xHAZMAT RADIOx said:

    1. Go to support.xbox.com/contact-us

    2. Click on what problem you are having.

    3. Click on get started button to start a virtual agent chat.

    4. Type in the virtual agent chat talk to a reprensentative.

    5. Hit enter.

    6 Again type in talk to a representative.

    7. Hit enter.

    It should then give you a choice to chat with a live person or have a live person give you a call back as long as there is a call center that is open in the country you are currently in. Not all countries have 24 hour call centers.
