Is Starfield supposed to be Xbox Play Anywhere enabled?

Having the same code working on PC or XBox doesn't mean it's Play Anywhere, Code Vein for example has different savegames on PC and Series X even if you have the same game on both platforms.

Starfield is cross ownership with the digital version, but, it is not cross save. For that purpose, it can not be part of the Xbox Anywhere program.

Can you point me in the direction of the new information? This is really sad that Microsoft's largest first party game in a while will not be cross save/play anywhere.

So I'm really confused now with the mixed messages. Bethesda support did say explicitly the game supports Xbox Play Anywhere in the Twitter thread linked here, but that has since been deleted. Then one store listing shows Play Anywhere, but others don't.

Will the game will support the real "Xbox Play Anywhere" feature which means saved games are cross-plateform and that I can have the same progression whatever the plateform I'm playing with ?
