Is robux bought in xbox physical or digital?

The Robux content from the Microsoft store is digital content. This is the in-game currency of Roblox.

If you got an email that says you got declined for the refund request. The best option that I can recommend here is to reply to the email and make an appeal to your request. You will need to explain to them the reason why you want to get a refund and why you should be eligible for it.

In order to qualify, the purchases had to be made digitally from the Xbox Store. If you bought a physical disc it is not eligible.
