    Hello Selsmo, yes, you can restart it without problem but you should only do it with a reason, it's a bit like turning a car off and on, because you would keep turning it off and on for no reason.

    Restarting it doesn't hurt it.

    When I've used sleep mode (previously known as "instant on mode"), sometimes restarting the console will fix a weird issue or glitch that occurs, so it's typically a good thing. Obviously, there's no point in randomly restarting it for no good reason as it's a waste of time, but yeah - you're not going to damage the console through restarting it.

    My mom says that I need to turn off the wifi router every night but when I turn on my router and I turn on my xbox my xbox won't connect to the wifi so I have to restart my xbox kinda every day so it connect to the wifi and it's really annoying so what can I do to fix it?
