Is remote play between PC and Laptop possible?

Is it possible to remote play a game from Gamepass from my gaming pc in my house to my work laptop in my house? I want to fish on Call of the Wild The Angler while I am working and not DL the game to my work laptop.

Yes, you can play through the browser or through the Xbox app on your laptop.

If you're attempting to connect your console to your laptop with an HDMI cable, note that this isn't possible. This is because the HDMI port on a laptop is for output only.

The only way to play your games to the laptop is via Xbox Remote play.

I apologize but that's not possible. Remote play is only available on a mobile device, Laptop, or PC.

if you want to play on the Xbox you would probably need to install the game(s) on the Xbox in your office.

you might be able to use Network Transfer to copy the data across.

go to Settings > System > Backup & Transfer.

or, if you have a PC or laptop, you could sign in to the Xbox Companion app on the PC, connect to the Xbox and stream the game that way.

it might be possible to play remotely by streaming the game on Mixer and using remote play but that can have a fair bit of lag as it goes through Mixer's servers
